Your time is very necessary for not only for you but for other persons of your house. 2) Always take your breakfast: do you know that the morning meal is the most important meal of the whole day. You should never lose it and that also means you should never skip it. Usually it is a routine affair for you to skip the meal in the morning. You work like a dog for others but don't get even five minutes for you? This is very ridiculous. You will have to change this attitude. 3) Drink water: now the third and the last thing. You should drink plenty of water just to enhance your metabolism. It helps your body to convert the fat into the glucose faster.
