The Sin of Man Resulted in Man's Destruction - Noah Restored the Seed of God

After God had clothed Adam and Eve in the skins of an innocent slaughtered animal, HE turned to Satan and said "And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel (Gen 3:15). Over the course of centuries, religious scholars have studied the words "The seed of the woman" that God told Satan. Seed is masculine. Is it probable that in the statement made by God that he promised that the "Seed" of the woman would bruise Satan's head. Let's explore this a bit further. We know that God's promise to us is directly tied to the longstanding hatred between Satan and the Love of God through Jesus Christ. Does it speak to Jesus at Calvary where HE suffered? HIS heel was indeed bruised; but, through that event Jesus forever defeated the power of Satan, whose head was bruised. From that point on the household of Adam and Eve was forever cursed. Over time, God blessed them with two sons, Cain and Abel. We know that due to Cain's jealousy and wrath he killed Abel. Despite this killing, the seed of God would continue to be preserved. A period of time later, God blessed Eve with another son called Seth, who was a man of faith. On the other hand, we know that Cain was a man of the world. The struggle of man against good and evil continued. As the offspring of the two sons Seth and Cain intermarried, the people of the world were filled with violence. It was so bad that about 120 years later, God decided to destroy the world and creation HE had made. But, one man of the lineage of Seth found grace and favor in the Lord. His name was Noah. In order to preserve the righteous seed of God, HE spoke to Noah and directed him to build an ark to very specific plans. Into the ark, Noah brought his family and two of every living creature into safety, hope and salvation. God flooded the Earth and destroyed every living thing except for the ark and Noah's family. After the flood, the Earth once again began its journey of redemption through the life of Noah and his three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japeth. It was not too long after that that the ravages of sin once again began to destroy the godly line of Noah and his family. Instead of mankind inhabiting the whole world to spread the Word of God, they gathered together in one plain. Their plan was to build a tower that would be the center of their civilization and community unity. When God looked down and saw this, their pride, and their arrogance, HE confused their speech and caused them to "babble." Hence, the term the "Tower of Babel" Therefore, the different human races, now not being able to fully understand each other, scattered across the world to live. The nations of the earth were fathered from the 3 great family lines of Shem, Ham, and Japeth Come and join me in the next article which starts with the call of Abraham through the time period of Judges. May the God of Peace bless and watch over you always! Live and be the example that God "knows you can be!"
